6 pickled jalapeño slices

3 tbsp jalapeño pickling liquid

1 1/2 tsp arrowroot flour/starch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp sea salt

1. Peel, cube, and boil your potatoes and carrots for approx. 10 minutes. If you over cook the potato your sauce will not be smooth as the potatoes have become too starchy! Drain the potatoes and carrots from the boiling water and add to a blender immediately.

2. In a high-powered blender combine all the ingredients until smooth.

3. Heat it up in a small pot before pouring over whatever food you want to make cheesier like chips, nachos, chili, broccoli, or cauliflower.
